In collaboration with the NBA, Coinbase endeavored to bring the League’s elite fandom onchain. Last season, we launched exclusive Digital Collectibles that unlocked unforgettable experiences for NFT holders. We teamed up with Web3 artists and engineers to build stunning mobile microsites where fans could mint and collect the artwork, offering them a chance to win seat upgrades, exclusive jerseys, and player meet & greets.

GOLDEN TICKET
The first 200 Minters of the Clippers Digital Collectible received a custom TEAM COINBASE Jersey at Coinbase’s Takeover Night. Inside the box we hid Golden Tickets for just 10 lucky fans that unlocked a Meet & Greet after the game with The Beard himself, James Harden.
Harden teased the stunt in a cryptic instagram post signaling to Clipper Nation Coinbase was up to something… Indeed we were: The ultimate surprise and delight for Harden Stans.
